(2) Presentation and discussion of proposed micro-trenching standards as an alternative to traditional trenching and boring construction methods to facilitate the installation of high-speed fiber optic cables within Pinal County owned streets, roadways, and rights-of-way. (3) Presentation to discuss the request from the Justice of the Peace Courts to raise the Pinal County Justice Court Cost Recovery Fund Fee Schedule (Ordinance No. 52098). The Justice Courts are proposing a Resolution that seeks to increase the current fee of $20 to $40. Said increase would help offset the rising costs associated with providing Justice Court products and services to the public. (Shaun Babeu)
(4) Presentation to discuss the request by the Justice of the Peace Courts in Pinal County to repeal and replace Ordinance No. 05615-JCFS, also known as the Pinal County Justice Court Public Service Fee Schedule Ordinance. The new ordinance will remove the civil fee schedule and increase the criminal/criminal traffic fee schedule items from $25 to $33. (Shaun Babeu)
