(7) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Pinal County tentative budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, beginning July 1, 2025, ending June 30, 2026, in the amount of $1,229,099,966 in accordance with A.R.S. 42-17103. This budget proposes a primary property tax rate of $3.3630. Approval of this budget sets aside funding as included in the budget development process. Newly requested budget capacity, positions and any salary changes will be appropriated to departments upon approval of position creation or approval of the Board of Supervisors as outlined in the adopted budget procedures. The FY 2025-2026 Pinal County Employee Compensation Plan is included and considered with this agenda item. The final budget adoption is scheduled for July 2, 2025. (Angeline Woods/MaryEllen Sheppard)

Discussion/approval/disapproval to submit a grant application to the U.S. Department of Justice's FY25 Law Enforcement Mental Health and Wellness Act Implementation Projects grant for $304,000, and authorize the Grants Manager to electronically sign the certifications outlined in the Notice of Funding Opportunity. This grant will be used by the Sheriff's Office to support the mental health of law enforcement personnel. (Ross Teeple)
(9) Meeting of the Pinal County Flood Control District Board of Directors. (Christopher Wanamaker/Joe Ortiz)
(10) Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date.
(11) Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Fireworks Display Permit application of Fireworks Productions of Arizona on behalf of Saddlebrooke One for supervised fireworks display to be held on July 4, 2025, at 64500 E. (12) Discussion/approval/disapproval approving a Sales Agreement and authorizing the sale of real property between Pinal County (Grantor) and Tri-Community Food Bank Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (Grantee).
