7. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the Board of Supervisors selection process for the candidates for the initial San Tan Valley Town Council to proceed by having each Board member review the applications and submit a list of only those candidates they suggest to interview (in no particular order of importance) to the Clerk of the Board by September 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., and directing the Clerk to identify a final list of not fewer than seven (7) and not more than fourteen (14) candidates for interview at the Board Meeting on September 15, 2025. If a clear consensus within this range is not possible, then a subcommittee of Chairman Miller and Supervisor Goodman shall make a determination among the remaining candidates to arrive at the final list of candidates to proceed to the interview. Should the subcommittee be unable to reach consensus by September 12, 2025, the interviews will be rescheduled to allow the subcommittee sufficient time to complete its review and recommendations. 4. Work Session: Presentation and discussion regarding the Pinal County Coordinated Mobility Gap Analysis Presentation. A study to understand the service gaps for seniors, people with disabilities, and others who rely on transit services. Highlighting the strategies to improve access and coordinate across the County. 6. Work Session: Presentation and discussion of the request by the Justice of the Peace Courts in Pinal County for the Pinal County Justice Court Security Enhancement Ordinance. The Ordinance would authorize the Justice Courts to collect fees to defray or cover the expenses for security services, including security equipment, fingerprinting equipment, and security personnel. 5. Work Session: Presentation and discussion of the request by the Justice of the Peace Courts in Pinal County to repeal and replace Ordinance No. 52098-CS and No. 110806, also known as the Pinal County Justice Court Cost Recovery Fund. The new Ordinance will modify the use of the Cost Recovery Fund and consolidate it into one Ordinance. (Shaun Babeu)
