9. Call to the Public-- A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date.
10. Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026 budget amendment to transfer budget capacity from the financial stability reserve for a budgetary request by Pioneer Justice Court to create and fund two (2) new Justice Court Clerk positions with an estimated annual cost of $97,454. The budget amendment will be prorated to increase capacity in the Pioneer Justice Court general fund budget, no greater than $71,454, as operational capacity will be reallocated to cover a portion of the new positions. Additionally, the budget amendment will reduce the capacity in the general fund financial stability reserve at the time each position is filled. Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Fiscal Year 2025 - 2026 budget amendment to transfer budget capacity for a budgetary request that will enhance and or expand services within the Conciliation Court. The request was submitted by the Conciliation Court during the budget development process. The amendment will increase capacity in the Conciliation Court general fund departmental budget while reducing capacity in the general fund non-departmental budget. (Angeline Woods/Tracy McElory)

Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of case CSR-013-25; Walter Brown Jr. on behalf of Skyline & Gary Partners LLC Owner/Applicant, requesting approval to allow 24 signs, with a total signage area of 240.36 sq. ft. on a 1.22± acre parcel for a drive-thru restaurant (McDonalds) situated in the Northeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 03 South, Range 07 East, Pinal County, tax parcel 509- 94-9570, generally located at the southwest corner of W. Skyline Drive and N. Gary Road, unincorporated Pinal County, AZ. The Sign Review Committee recommended approval (4-0) of case CSR-013-25 with three (3) stipulations. Supervisor District #2. Combs Rd., east of N. Kenworthy Rd., and west of E. Horse Mesa Trl. in San Tan Valley area, unincorporated Pinal County, AZ. Cactus Forest Rd., Florence, AZ, 85132, approximately 1,640 feet west of N. Highway 79 in unincorporated Pinal County.
