Discussion/approval/disapproval of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) and the United States Border Patrol (USBP) for Anti-Smuggling Unit Participation for the purpose of allowing authorized USBP personnel to participate in PCSO's AntiSmuggling Unit. PCSO will provide direction and supervision for participating USBP personnel only as to Anti-Smuggling Unit functions as authorized in this MOA. (Ross Teeple)

Call to the Public-- A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date. (Part 1 of 2)
10. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2025-RNC-001-25 Renaming West Cocklebur Drive to West Los Cabos Drive. The petitioners are requesting a road name change due to negative connotations associated with the current street name. This street has an effect on eight (8) parcels and the applicant prefers to have a street name that would not be offensive, and prefers a street name that would promote a better image for their community. The only affected property owners within the petition area are the petitioners. They have met all requirements for a road name change as defined in the Pinal County Development Services Code Chapter 2.215.060. Supervisor District #2. (RD25-041) (Benjamin Coker/Dedrick Denton)

Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2025-SUP-009-25, a Resolution approving case SUP-009-25; Bill Koning, Smartlink Group LLC (applicant/agent), on behalf of landowner -- Pinal County Fair, requesting an approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to operate a new 90-foot-tall Wireless Communication Facility for AT&T carrier, designed as a faux palm cell tower (95 feet with palm branches), within a 20' x 40' compound on an ±80-acre site, situated in portion of Section 25, Township 06S, Range 07E, tax parcel 401-14-0050 (legal on file), located 0.75 miles south of Highway 287 at the intersection of W. Hackler Ln. & S. Eleven Mile Corner Rd., southwest of City of Coolidge and north of City of Eloy, in the unincorporated Pinal County. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Receipt of Petition and approval of a Minor Boundary Adjustment to conform to the Petition for Annexation for Casa Grande Elementary School District No. 4, Casa Grande Union High School District No. 82, and Maricopa Unified School District No. 20, effective June 30, 2026. Discussion/approval/disapproval to designate both a primary person and a substitute person (in the event that the primary designee is unavailable) to observe the installation and modification of any election management software or computer programming used for county election administration as required by A.R.S. 16-447(E). In accordance with the requirements of A.R.S. 16-447(E), the persons designated may be county employees but may not be employed by or under the supervision of the officer in charge of elections.
