Discussion/approval/disapproval of Opioid Settlement Grant Funding Contract No. 001 between the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO), and the Pinal County Public Health Services District, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, beginning January 1, 2026, ending December 31, 2026, for $410,298. C. Discussion/approval/disapproval of the recommendation to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control for the Special Event License Application of Carrie J. Henderson, for the San Tan Scramble Trail Runs Event to be held at the San Tan Mountain Regional Park, located at 6533 W. Phillips Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85144 on Saturday, January 10, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Additionally, authorizing the Clerk of the Board to execute and submit all necessary documents to the State. 6. Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of case CSR-003-25; RenRen Cicero, American Flag & Pole Co., agent, on behalf of landowner – KB Home Phoenix, requesting approval for a comprehensive sign package to allow the installation of a 60-foot-high American flagpole at a temporary Sales Office Model Homes Complex within the Entrada Del Oro Community, on an approximately 0.17± acre parcel in the CR-3 Single Residence Zone; situated in a portion of Section 30, Township 01 South, Range 10 East, of the Gila & Salt River Base & Meridian, tax parcel 104-17-9290 (legal on file), located at 48741 N. San Vincent Lane, Gold Canyon, AZ, 85118, in unincorporated Pinal County, AZ. The Sign Review Committee recommended approval (3-0) of case CSR-003-25 with two (2) stipulations. Discussion/approval/disapproval of a Donation Agreement between Pinal County and South Florence Volunteer Fire Department regarding the donation of a 4,000 gallon water truck from Pinal County to South Florence Volunteer Fire Department. 8. Discussion/approval/disapproval of a donation of equipment to the Superior Police Department by the Pinal County Information Technology Department. The Information Technology Department requests authorization to donate the following equipment to the Superior Police Department to support Superior Police Department's transition off the County's network: eight (8) mobile data computers, five (5) docking stations, two (2) monitors, and seven (7) desktop computers. The total value of the equipment to be donated is $13,614.02. This item requires unanimous consent. (Jason Cantrell)

Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2025-PZ-013-25, an Ordinance approving case PZ-013-25; Peter Furlow, Quarles & Brady, LLP (agent), Sohini Hathiramani, Cactus Flower Solar, LLC (applicant), on behalf of landowners – Toone Family Ltd Pship #3, Stambaugh Farms LLC, Curtis 1035 LLC, and Gordita L.P., requesting an approval of a rezone from General Rural (GR) to Industrial (I-3) zoning district on 2,137± acres to construct and operate a photovoltaic (solar) power generation and Battery Energy Storage System, situated on portions of Sections 13, 23, 24 and 25, Township 09S, Range 07E of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian (legal on file) tax parcels: 408-11-0230, 408-11-024A, 408-11-024C, 408-11-025B, 408-11-025C, 408-11-025D, 408-12-0020, 408-12-0030, 408-15-0010, and 408-15-0020, generally located south of Eloy, north of W. Curtis Rd., south of W. Pretzer Rd., east of S. Eleven Mile Corner Rd., and west of S. Curry Rd. within the Friendly Corners area in the unincorporated area of Pinal County.
