Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 021826-AQ to revise § 3-7-585 (Annual Fee Adjustment) of the Pinal County Air Quality Control District Code of Regulations, to include applicability to all air quality permits. In addition, revising the methodology for annual fee adjustments to include adoption of § 3-7-596, requiring annual cost accounting for Class II and Class III permits. (Rupesh Patel/Anu Jain)
