Discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 050626-RD25-113 accepting a Warranty Deed from Ranch 160, L.L.C., a limited liability company (Grantor) to Pinal County, a political subdivision of the State of Arizona (Grantee), for right-of-way portion located on Ranch 160 Boulevard. 14. Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date.
15. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of the submittal of the Federal Fiscal Year 2026 Annual Action Plan and Amendments to the Community Planning Division of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for consideration. The Office of Budget and Finance anticipates receiving the funding agreements in the Fall 2026 after HUD's acceptance of the Annual Action Plan. The allocation to be awarded is $2,483,891.84 with an estimated match of $284,466.71. This grant will be used by the Office of Budget and Finance to complete various projects in the annual action plan, including housing rehabilitation, public facility improvements, affordable housing, administrative expenses, and projects within partnering communities. The proposed plan amendments will move previously allocated funds to alternate projects. (Heather Patel/Angeline Woods)

Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 2026-SUP-017-25, a Resolution approving case SUP-017-25; Kenny Zamora, applicant and property owner, is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) to host equestrian events and 8 seasonal short term RV spaces on 10.00± acres, situated in Section 22, Township 05 south, Range 06 east of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian (legal on file), tax parcels 509-39-012A and 509-39-012B, located on N. Blanco Drive south of W. Hopi Drive, north of the City of Casa Grande in unincorporated Pinal County. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval (7-0) of case SUP-017-25 with twenty-eight (28) stipulations. Supervisor District #3. (Samuel Amaya/Dedrick Denton)
