7. Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance. Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling it for further consideration and decision at a later date.
8. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Resolution No. 060326-RD25-133 ordering the abandonment and extinguishment of a roadway easement within Assessor’s Parcel Number 100-15-005C. Supervisor District #2. (RD25-133) (Celeste Garza/Joe Ortiz)

Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of case CSR-003-26; to install two signs, one wall mounted blade sign and one monument sign, for a new multifamily apartment complex; situated in Section 21, Township 03 South, Range 08 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County. Tax parcel 210-21-004G, located on E. Bella Vista Rd. at the southeast corner of E. Bella Vista Rd. and N. Gantzel Rd., within the incorporated Town of San Tan Valley, Pinal County, AZ. Public Hearing and discussion/approval/disapproval of Ordinance No. 2026-PZ-PD-012-25, an Ordinance approving case PZ-PD-012-25; Greg Davis, Iplan Consulting (agent), Doug Adcox, Sunset Companies LLC (applicant), on behalf of landowner – Langley Heritage 21 LLC, requesting an approval of a Planned Area Development Overlay Zoning District (PAD) Amendment to remove ±18.12 acres from the existing Arizona Farms PAD overlay district established under PZ-PD-039-98; situated on a portion of Section 07, Township 04 South, Range 09 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, tax parcel 200-31-009L (legal on file), generally located north of the Town of Florence, east of E. Hunt Hwy. and N. Attaway Rd., south of E. Heritage Rd., in the unincorporated area of Pinal County, AZ.
