Discussion/approval/disapproval of Intergovernmental Agreement for Law Enforcement Services between Pinal County on behalf of the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) and the Town of San Tan Valley, Resolution No. 2026-18. The purpose of this agreement is so PCSO can provide Basic Law Enforcement Services within San Tan Valley's Municipal Boundaries. (Ross Teeple)
14.R. Discussion/approval/disapproval of acceptance of Award Agreement AG26-0011-004 under Senate Bill 1735 between the Office of the Arizona Attorney General and Pinal County, through the Pinal County Board of Supervisors, for $2,000,000. The Sheriff's Office will use the grant to support the operation of an existing coordinated reentry planning services program. Funding for this award is conditional upon the formal adoption of the FY 26/27 budget, in which this allocation is included. (Ross Teeple)

15.F. Discussion/approval/disapproval of Contract Award No. FPHPA006520 under the Family Planning Program between Affirm Sexual and Reproductive Health and Pinal County Public Health Services District (PHSD), through Pinal County Board of Supervisors. The award amount will not exceed $335,000. The required 10% match was budgeted for in the PHSD budget. This grant will be used by the PHSD for family planning services. Funding for this award is conditional upon the formal adoption of the FY 26/27 budget, in which this allocation is included. (Carey Lennon/Merissa Mendoza)

Call to the Public— A "call to the public" is the time period for members of the public to address the Board of Supervisors to provide public input relating to subject matter within the Board of Supervisors authority or jurisdiction. Those wishing to address the Board of Supervisors need not request permission in advance.
